Quick Chair Transformation

Do you want to see the latest addition to my family room?
Well..this latest addition to my family room is actually just a quick chair transformation and reshuffling from my home office to the family room. My home office was a little overcrowded and I realized that I was using one of the chairs just to hold papers. I have so many surfaces in my home office, that I really did not need another chair for that. So, I started moving the chair to different spots in the house until I found the perfect spot.
So, I found the perfect spot in the corner of my family room, but the pink and brown were not working. It was a matter of just switching the pink and brown polka dot pillow for a red pillow.
So, this is the chair that was in my home office. You have seen this chair before. Well, if you are familiar with RedOstelinda, you saw this chair in the Painted Furniture post from November 19. Yes, this is the $5 former foam green rattan chair that I spray painted in white. So, this is what the chair looked like while it lived in my home office.
So, I took the chair to the family room.
I added back the brown pillow. Well, to refresh your memory, it was an old black and white pillow which I re-covered in an IKEA brown pillow cover.
Then I added a red pillow. Do you remember the red pillow? Yes, the red pillow is also from another post. The pillow is from Target and it was part of the I Love Target and I Can’t Help Myself post back from June of last year.
And this again the photo of my quick chair transformation…or you my call it recycled chair as it sits now in my family room.
Some close ups of the red pillow …with much better lighting you can see the details of the pillow.
And to recap, a quick BEFORE-AND-AFTER-PHOTO…
